Frequently Asked Questions

▶ What should I wear?

For physical therapy: Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for movement. You’re welcome to change here if needed.

For massage/manual therapy: You can keep as much clothing on as you feel comfortable with.

▶ Are all sessions one-on-one?

Yes! Every session is private and individualized. Appointments range from 45 to 120 minutes, depending on your needs and choice of insurance vs self-pay. Give us a call and we’ll run your insurance benefits.

▶ What’s the cost?

We accept certain insurance plans and self-pay. We’ll check your benefits before you begin! Self-Pay: 60-minute Evaluation: $140; 45-minute follow-up $75, 60-minute follow-up $100, 90-minute follow-up $150. Insurance: Highmark/BCBS/Anthem, Freedom Blue, and others - give us a call and we’ll check your benefits for you! Unfortunately, many insurance plans do not allow us to provide 1-on-1 treatment, but we’ll let you know if yours isn’t covered.
