Physical Therapy and massage are powerful tools for physical and mental well-being. All appointments are 1-on-1 for 60-90 minutes with our doctor of physical therapy. You'll experience an emphasis on detailed individualized care to help you move and feel better.

Our Unique Approach:
- Treatments are tailored to each person and include a blend of therapeutic exercises and manual techniques.
- Treatments come from 'shared decision making', where decisions are made by clinician and client, and your autonomy is encouraged.
- Home exercises are designed for a small home space and use body weight and light equipment.
If you benefit from home exercises, you'll receive a program that's continuously updated (available electronically with video and written instructions).
- Ongoing communication with your medical provider (i.e. physician, surgeon, rheumatologist, etc., with client's permission).

Thoughts on anxiety, stress, and trauma:
Dr. Maria also provides appointments that focus on gentle touch to encourage the calming effects of your own parasympathetic nervous system to help with relaxation and stress relief.

Thoughts on repetitive strains:
Chronic and repetitive strains of everyday life and hobbies can add up over time. Hours at a desk, day to day life with a toddler, or repetitive motions can over time lead to pain, such as in the neck/back, shoulders, tightness, headaches, etc.
Treatment can strengthen and support your musculoskeletal system and ease symptoms to help you move and feel better.

Hi, I’m Dr. Maria!

I am a physical therapist and love working with my clients! All appointments I provide are 1-on-1 to allow us to dive in and get you feeling better. I focus on teaching about the body and movement with the goal of expanding what my clients are currently able to do.

Sessions can focus solely on exercise, manual therapy, or a combination. I also provide massage appointments for relaxation, stress relief, recovery, and trauma.

I view the body as an interconnected whole and my goal is to help you feel better and move better.

When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a calming and private space. All appointments are uninterrupted 1-on-1 sessions in a private room.

During your initial appointment, we’ll cover your history, questions, complete an evaluation and movement assessment, and create a plan together. This appointment will also include your first treatment and usually lasts about 75 minutes.

I look forward to meeting you and working with you!

I’m a mom of 3 boys (ages 20, 6 and 4). My education in Social Work and field experience as a Family Based Therapist, played a critical part in me becoming a Parenting Coach.

While raising my two toddlers and teenager, I recognized the constant need for continual support and guidance in parenting. I earned my Performance Coach Certification in 2017, and began my coaching journey.

I support parents and bring clarity to how they want their relationships to be with their children. I offer a balanced perspective to help parents feel more calm, confident, and connected.

One of my goals is to help parents respond instead of react. This is gained through learning new practical tools and skills as well as changing patterns that haven’t brought value in the past. Ultimately, this allows space for parents to create a deeper and more fulfilling connection to their family, making parenting more fun and enjoyable!
